Each license you purchase gives you the right to view one month of screen recordings on one pc. Upon purchasing a license you will receive a license file. You need to load this license file into the Compliance Critter application on the pc with the screen recordings.

1. Get a license file. 
   The license file can be purchased by clicking on the 'Purchase Now' button. If you have a free license code then it can be redeemed here. Any influencer discounts will automatically be applied.

2. Upload the license file into Compliance Critter on pc with the screen recordings.
   On the pc with the screen recordings open the Compliance Critter Viewer application from the Window Start Menu. Enter the password and in the main screen search for, and attempt to view, a screen recording. The 'Compliance Critter - License Screen' will appear. Click on the 'Insert License File' button to upload the file into the application. If the pc with the screen recording is connected to the internet then the screen recordings will automatically be unlocked.
   
   
3. Unlock screen recording keys (if no internet access).
   If the pc with the screen recordings is not connected to the internet, then Compliance Critter will export the encrypted keys for screen recordings as a file. Save the file with encrypted keys and copy it to a device with an internet connection. Upload the file by clicking on the 'Upload Encrypted Keys'. The keys will be decrypted and you will receive a file with decrypted keys. Copy this file onto the pc with the screen recordings and open the Compliance Critter Viewer application from the Window Start Menu. Enter the password and in the main screen search for, and attempt to view, a screen recording. The 'Compliance Critter - License Screen' will appear. Click on the 'Insert Key File' button to upload the file into the application. The screen recordings can now be viewed.
